Shraddha Srinath is an Indian actress who appears mainly in the Kannada and Tamil films. She was elected for her role in the psychological thriller Kannada U Turn (2016) for which she won the Best Actress Filmfare Award and also for her performances at Urvi, Vikram Vedha and Operation Alamelamma, for which she even won Filmfare Fiilmfare Award. Shraddha Srinath was born into a Kannada-speaking family at the Command Hospital in Udhampur City, Jammu and Kashmir. His father was an officer in the Kumaon regiment of the Indian army and his mother was a teacher. She was raised throughout India and lived in the cities of Suratgarh (Rajasthan), Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh), Dharchula (Uttarakhand) Belgaum (Karnataka), Silchar (Assam) and Secunderabad (Telangana). After graduating from the RK Puram Army Army in Secunderabad, she moved to Bangalore to study law at the Bangalore Institute of Legal Studies.
