Manvitha Kamath earlier known as Manvita Harish aka Shwetha Kamath was  born in Mangalore, is an Indian actress. She started her career in Kannada cinema. She received a first SIMA award for Kendasampige. She began her career as a radio jockey on Radio Mirchi and started playing in the film Kannada Kendasampige (2015) directed by Duniya Soori.

Although she had no connection in the industry, a contact recommended her name to Duniya Soori. She was called for Kendasampige auditions and was selected for the lead role. In addition to her acting skills, she had two qualities that Duniya Soori was looking for in her main wife: the ability to drive long distances and to know Kannada well.

In fact, Manvitha Kamath was well acquainted with Mangalore Kannada, Malnad Kannada, Dharwad Kannada and Bengaluru Kannada, who became an advantage. She has been in theaters since childhood in the folk theater troupe of the late M.Bhaskar Nelliteertha. She was also secretary of the Kannada Sangha at the university, which made her take the cinema as a career. She was paired with Vikky Varun in the commercially successful Gowri Shetty. His next work was the commercial hit Tagaru, directed by Duniya Soori, associated with Hatrick Hero Shivaraj Kumar.

She won the Best Newbie Award at the South Indian International Movie Awards.
