Keiki Kiryuu is summoned to a parallel world as a “hero” to save the princess. However, he’s actually just a high school student with no interest in girls. After Keiki’s successful return to his own world, he continues to be summoned on a daily basis. Every single time, the same thing happens: he’s put into life-or-death situations, saves the day, and returns back home. It seems like being a hero is nothing but a pain for Keiki. But then one day, he meets a girl who changes everything…

Background of the Characters

The four main characters of this story are all summoned to a parallel world. However, their backgrounds and motivations are all different.

Sora is the protagonist of the story. She’s a high school student who’s been summoned to a parallel world many times. Her goal is to find a way back home and prevent herself from being summon again.

Aqua is one of Sora’s close friends. She’s also been summoned to a parallel world, but she doesn’t remember how or why. Aqua is kind and caring, but she can be impulsive at times.

Kairi is another one of Sora’s close friends. She was born in the parallel world and has never left it. Kairi is strong and determined, but she can be reckless.

Riku is Kairi’s older brother. He was also born in the parallel world, but he left it when he was younger and has since become a powerful sorcerer. Riku is serious and independent, but he can be distant at times.

How Did They Come to be Summoned?

There are those who are born with the ability to see beyond the veil of this reality and communicate with otherworldly beings. They come to be known as summoners.

Some cultures believe that everyone has the ability to summon, but it is a skill that must be honed. Through years of study and practice, summoners learn to open themselves up to other planes of existence and call forth creatures to do their bidding.

Others believe that summoners are chosen by the spirits themselves. It is said that when a spirit is looking for a vessel to possess or a tool to help them achieve their goals, they will find a way to enter the summoner’s dreams and bind themselves to them.

No matter how they come to it, the power of summoning is not to be taken lightly. Those who use it must be cautious not to summons something beyond their control or understanding. For when one deals with forces from beyond, there is always the risk of losing oneself in the process.

The Yeti is said to be a large, ape-like creature covered in fur, with some reports describing it as being up to 10 feet tall. While there has never been concrete evidence of the Yeti’s existence, many believe that it may be a descendant of an extinct species of ape.

The Kraken is a legendary sea monster said to inhabit the waters off the coast of Norway. The Kraken is said to be huge, with some reports claiming that it can reach up to 100 feet in length. It is said to have tentacles that it uses to attack ships and drags them under the water to their doom. While there have been no confirmed sightings of the Kraken, many believe that it may be based on real creatures such as squid or octopuses.

Challenges Faced in This New Environment

In a parallel world that I was summoned to many times, there were two big problems that I faced.

The first was the constant battles. In this world, it seems like there are always wars going on between different factions. So as soon as I arrived in this new world, I was thrust into the middle of these conflict. It was exhausting having to constantly fight and try to survive.

The second problem was more psychological. It was trying to deal with the fact that no matter how hard I tried, I could never make any lasting difference in this world. Every time I made some progress, something would happen that would reset everything back to the way it was before. It was very frustrating and disheartening.

Unexpected Allies or Enemies Found Along the Way

While it is commonly thought that one is alone in their journey through life, this couldn’t be further from the truth. At every turn, we are presented with opportunities to make new allies or enemies. Oftentimes, these relationships are forged unexpectedly.

We may find ourselves at odds with someone we thought was a friend, or forming a close bond with someone we initially wrote off as an enemy. It’s all part of the adventure of life. learning to navigate these relationships can be tricky, but it’s all part of the fun.

Lessons Learned as A Result Of Being Summoned

There are many things that one can learn from being summoned to a parallel world. For example, one can learn how to adapt to new surroundings quickly, how to make friends with those who are different from them, and how to be resourceful in difficult situations. Additionally, being summoned often requires one to be brave and face their fears head-on. As a result of these experiences, those who are summoned often come out stronger and more capable than they were before.

This chapter showed us how our protagonist, Jinko, was summoned to a parallel world and his struggles with understanding the rules of this new universe. We learned about the monsters he’s confronted so far and what kind of adventures he’ll encounter in the future. Overall, this chapter set up an interesting premise that will hopefully keep readers engaged as more chapters are released.
